Now more than ever it is important to have a basic understanding of business and economics. How money flows through banks, how businesses account for the money that they make as well as what they spend are just a few of the topics we will cover in this course. We will begin with a basic introduction to double entry accounting as it is the foundation of all business reports. This course will be an introduction to these complicated areas. We will focus on real life skills such as keeping good records of your bank account and preparing tax returns.
