This course looks at great books from around the world. We start in India, then move to China and then to Greece. The books average around 150 -to 250 pages in length and are chosen because they are considered one of the most important books ever written in their particular culture. I guide the students through these books every step of the way and it is fantastic way to see lots of different writing styles. Students are asked to read around 50 pages a week. When we finish a book, they will do an assignment on what they have read. Book list available.
