This is a low-pressure class designed to help kids develop a joy in something that can give them a simple satisfaction all their lives: drawing.
Did you know "Drawing" was once taught along with the basics of Math and Reading? It's less ability as it is some helpful direction.
We'll do different things in our time together: games to help kids learn to observe (the key to drawing!), fun twists that loosen kids up, looking at famous artists' work, and keeping and sharing drawing journals.

This is for journal and drawing pens, watercolor set and colored pencils, big newsprint pad and cray-pas, plus special projects stuff we'll use in class. |
