Puget Sound is one of the most productive estuaries in the world. This is amazing when we consider the world is covered with mostly water. In this class students will learn about plankton, whales and everything in between. We will cover taxonomy and facts about marine animals in all the worlds oceans and in Puget Sound. Students will learn by active participation, projects, songs and games. In the spring we are off to the beach for a low tide walk.
