Marine mammals are truly one of the marine environments most charismatic creatures. In this class students will learn about ceteaceans (whales, dolphins, porpoise), pinnepeds (seals, sea lions, walrus), manatees/dugongs, and sea otters. This class will cover marine mammal biology, physiology and anatomy. Depending on interest and number of students we may plan an end of the year marine mammal field trip.
